You must be at least 18 years old and using the app for a lawful business purpose. By using StokCepte you confirm that you meet these requirements.

StokCepte lets a single user define products, scan barcodes to make quick sales with automatic stock deduction, record stock movements, view basic reports, and receive low-stock alerts. It is intentionally focused on inventory and quick sale — it is not accounting software, an ERP, an e-commerce platform, or a customer/receivables ledger.

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for keeping your account and device secure, for the activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you manage and cancel them in your store account. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policy, not by us directly. If you are a consumer, any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights you have under the law of your country (for example the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK) are exercised through the store you purchased from and remain unaffected by these Terms. Prices may change; changes apply from the next billing period, and the store will notify you where the law requires it.

Use StokCepte only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service, interfere with other users’ data, or use it to store unlawful content.

Your inventory and business data are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that data to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups where your business requires them.

The StokCepte app, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by loaglabs and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

StokCepte relies on third-party services (including Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, and PostHog). Your use of those services through the app may also be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend the service for maintenance, at any time.

StokCepte is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It is a record-keeping and quick-sale tool, not a certified cash register (ÖKC / yazarkasa) or fiscal device in any country, and it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for meeting your own legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; where that is the case, this section applies to you only to the extent permitted, and any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, loaglabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, and our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the amounts you paid for the app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our intent (wilful misconduct) or gross negligence.

You agree to hold loaglabs harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the app or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are between you and loaglabs only — not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google have no warranty obligation for the app; if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify the store you purchased from for a refund of the purchase price, and any other warranty claim is our responsibility alone.

Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with the applicable store's terms of service when using the app.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You will comply with applicable export and sanctions laws when using the app.

You may stop using StokCepte and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if we discontinue the app.

We may update these Terms; we will change the date above and notify you in the app for significant changes. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, with your rights unaffected. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and loaglabs regarding the app. Questions: support@loaglabs.com.
